Featurely is an AI-powered product planning tool that helps users transform ideas into structured feature graphs using Google's Gemini AI. The Service provides real-time AI-driven feature generation, expansion, and analysis capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of the Service, you must authenticate using Google OAuth. By signing in with Google, you agree to:

Featurely uses Google's Gemini AI to generate and process your product ideas and features. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

Currently, Featurely does not permanently store your product ideas, features, or project data in our database. Your data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. However:

• We may implement data storage features in the future to enhance your experience
• You retain all rights to your content and ideas
• You are responsible for backing up your own data
• We reserve the right to modify our data storage practices with prior notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
