What Featurely Does
Featurely is an AI-powered tool that helps you plan products by:
- Generating product features from your ideas using AI
- Creating code prompts for AI editors like Cursor or Claude
- Providing complexity estimates and competitor research
- Saving your projects so you can access them anytime
Your Account
To use Featurely, you need to sign in with Google. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account secure
- Not share your account with others
- Not create multiple accounts to get around limits
- Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account
About AI-Generated Content
Featurely uses Google's Gemini AI to generate features and prompts. Here's what you need to know:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You're responsible for reviewing and validating everything the AI generates
- We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated features, prompts, or competitor information
- AI responses can vary - the same input might give different results
- Competitor links and information are AI suggestions and may not be accurate
Bottom line: Use AI-generated content as a starting point, but always verify it yourself.
Your Content
When you use Featurely:
- You own your ideas and projects
- We store your projects in our database so you can access them from any device
- Your ideas are sent to Google's AI to generate features (Google doesn't use this to train their models)
- You can delete your projects anytime
- Don't submit confidential or sensitive information you don't want processed by AI
Pricing and Credits
Featurely uses a credit system:
- Free: 3 lifetime credits + 3 idea summarizations
- Starter ($4/month): 11 monthly credits + 20 summarizations
- Builder ($7/month): 22 monthly credits + 50 summarizations
How credits work:
- Generating features costs 1 credit per feature
- Generating a code prompt costs 1 credit
- Credits reset monthly for paid plans
- Unused credits don't roll over
Subscriptions:
- Billed monthly via Polar
- Cancel anytime - you keep access until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused credits
What You Can't Do
Don't:
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Try to hack or break the service
- Use bots or automated tools without permission
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially
- Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Try to reverse engineer the service
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Third-Party Services
Featurely uses these services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Google: Sign-in and AI features
- Polar: Payment processing
- Vercel: Hosting
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for how they operate.
Disclaimers
Featurely is provided "as is" without any warranties. This means:
- We don't guarantee the service will always work perfectly or be error-free
- We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
- The service may have downtime or interruptions
- You use the service at your own risk
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for any indirect damages or lost profits
- We're not liable for issues with third-party services (Google, Supabase, etc.)
- We're not liable for errors in AI-generated content
- Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less
Account Termination
You can: Delete your account anytime by contacting us at dailifyofficial@gmail.com
We can: Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.
After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days (except what we're legally required to keep).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use Featurely after changes means you accept the new terms.
